Ah, so you bought it, eventually... That's what I was wondering, about 'English Country Tune'. Are you close from getting a return on this (huge, from an indie pov) investment ?
i'm chalking up hardware + licensing costs as something like $5k. I've made $2k so far (which is crap). But there's also the cost of me living during development, which was something like $8k. So, it'll be a while before I break even.

For Game Maker I think Gang Garrison 2 ( http://ganggarrison.com/) should be put as a game of note just to point out it can be used for quite complex multiplayer games.
