Heh, I just explained how to trigger traps and use it to get past teleporters and then the question pops up again in the next post... Yup, we need a tutorial of some kind for that :p

In accordance with the rules of roguelikes, if you cannot figure it out yourself, the game will gladly admit you would have died in that situation.

I would argue that that's a sign people need to pay more attention to what they're reading in the thread.

I would argue that that's a sign people need to pay more attention to what they're reading in the thread. Well, yes. But a lot of people are just coming here to share some impressions and feedback, they don't look at any previous posts and many will likely never have a second look at the thread.

Good to know there are other people at the Forums. And one question, are these forums unofficial, or could their link be added on the delvergame.com? There is a link only to the Steam forums, I think.

No, that is not an official forum. Think it might have been started by the same guy who did the delver wiki, don't quote me on that though.
The only official place to discuss Delver is here on this Devlog and on the Steamforums (which are linked from the delver site).
Delverforum.com should probably make it more clear that they are not the official forum for Delver, not affiliated with Priority Interrupt and so on. It'd probably be a good idea to remove forum sections such as support as well. Having people going to an unofficial forum for support or reporting a bug (which is in the description of the support section) doesn't help anyone.

I've looked at the user list before and Interrupt was on it (or someone pretending to be him...), so it might be a genuine forum. It just rarely gets used compared to this and the Steam Delver Discussion.

Not everyone knows exactly what to do when making a game, it's a hard task. But listening to the players is the best thing a dev can do. Check this game were making: http://forums.tigsource.com/index.php?topic=37985.0You look like a great tester/designer. :}

Just got the big update with the new graphics. I am completely in love, however I think the new stuff is bogging my phone down, my framerates inside of some dungeons are unplayable :[

Where do I get the latest Android version? Saw the game with new texture art in googles playstore but I bought it at Humble store and there is only the classic version. Thank you in advance for your help.

If this thread is dead, can someone ask in the official forums then why, even after the graphics overhaul, the traps are just colored lines on the floor?
I mean, where are the spears coming out of small holes? Where are the darts shooting out of even tinier holes? Where are the spinning sawblades and swinging blades, etc, etc?
(Oh, and I hope the "retro" mode with the old graphics won't be forgotten.)

Things have been slow through the holidays, but the thread isn't dead. In December I got married to my amazing wife! So naturally things before and after the event have been pretty hectic. I'm looking forward to getting back into a steady productive rhythm. Recently Chad and I attended Steam Dev Days, which was a pretty phenomenal experience. We had an evening to plan a short roadmap and here are a few things from the top of my todo list: - Door meshes + gibs
- Trap mesh
- Altar mesh
- And more...
