That's one possible way to handle it. I'll keep it in mind.
Wasn't that the original idea? Temporary freeze invulnerability. Although that post had a lot in it that I didn't understand :S

More or less. The implementation is a little bit different, but the basic idea is identical.

I don't really like the way the mace turned out, if anyone wants to help fix it up they're welcome too.

I think it's just the way the mace is rotated that makes it look odd.

Looks great, I prefer your style, fits with the original more, slightly vacant And that attack animation looks great, only complaint is that the head looks like it should be moving a little bit more (like, rotating a bit) when he hits. That would be suitable only for his A move, a quick elemental slash, so it'll needs some effects added.

I am seriously awful at them :D So, just make his face turn a on his hit frame? Ok, I'll try that out. I'll post an edit tomorrow.(Or I guess today...at least where I'm at)

What I mean is, make his head bob a little, like he's headbanging, to make the movement seem more natural

The ice on the ground effect looks odd, but it will probably look better on actual ground. Like some sort of ice cracking effect. Or I might be totally wrong and it looks horrible, but whatever.

Still needs some head motion though. Don't think I could do that very well.

I had a white outline in the frame before the swing to show that the mace was charged with energy. I also fixed a few pixels on his outline in one frame.
