Hi, I will make a game now. Still no title.

It's a mecha game using DBB's tilesets. I'm not good at game design so I guess I have to implement some form of achievement system to keep the game at least playable. Smiley

After a discussion with a co-designer who is not here, here is the story:

You play as a robot torso born with a twin brother who is human. He hates you because you are a robot torso. It is your quest to become rich and buy all the awesome robot parts so he can accept you. In the end you win a beauty contest.

You become rich by following your instincts to kill other robots.

Good luck with this! Gentleman

I'm just happy running round blowing shit up. I wouldn't worry about making it too fancy. It's not like anyone can agree on what makes a good game anyway. Shrug

Well, that's the design document finished, then. On to the programming!

Hello this is Pencerkoff

Noticed you needed a name there, might I suggest "Robot Torso just wants to be PRETTY!" or "Daily Life: The Game"

Also, I'm sure I'm not alone in wanting to see a screenshot. Or a mockup, at least. Beg

the hidden value of mech games is that there's the ability to pimp out your mech in all sorts of wonderful names. On the surface you are just running around and blowing shit up, but the seasoned player will realize 50% of the fun is on the customization screen and seeing your creations in action.
