The pain causes you to cough in order to reject the climbing bastard alas he has clinched strongly on your muscular membranous tube and will not let go. A few minutes later, the diminutive performer is now lodged in the lower parts of your sinus. You can hear his evil laugh echoing through your nostrils...
You are still bleeding heavily and the world around you seems to slowly fade away.
