sweet! we're making a film noir game right now. but...

i'm a noob to all things poppenkast. do i need to be a member there to submit a game to that compo? or can any forumer participate?

I always thought the primary element in Film Noir was the use of black and darkness as positive space instead of negative space, like it's used in the vast majority of visual media.
