ferrety, that reminds me of this thing I pixelled yyyyeears ago, but more stealthy-based whereas mine involved zombies with guns.

This would be pretty sweet, dude!

I would hope you have this on your list of games to make!

I just downloaded Construct yesterday, and I'm teaching myself the basics. It's going pretty well so far, and I like what I've been seeing, but I'd like it a little more if I could actually get something I make to run in the first place.

Oh well. I'll keep working on it.

I just downloaded it, and the stupid side of me refuses to look at a tutorial Tongue
So I played around with it until I got confused and went back into my GM protective shell of knowledge. I may be turning into a turtle, in other news.

"Atmosurfer" or "Atmosurfin'"
I might embark on making this soon, because the design is really as simple as this.

I particularly like the flames around 'Wipe Out' - literal, that!

This is awesome....I'm jealous that I didn't think of it.

You MUST make it.....and soon!

This is what I whipped up in the last few hours of the night.

Man do I ever suck at game maker...
But I sure would want to make a remake of Balloon Fight

Seeing as one of my most common and least informative google searches is "multiplayer single pc coop" and variations thereof, I'm working on a 1-4 player split screen coop game.

6 weeks into development, website (complete with ugly programmer art) is here

http://droneuplink.webs.com/

And the game itself will be up in 6 weeks, with a beta a little sooner. Or the beta will be up in six weeks, with the alpha a little sooner. What definately wont be happening is an alpha in six weeks with a prototype a little sooner.

I'm trying to make a Shepard Tone Generator with VST/Pitch control and other neat things... It doesn't sound like a real Shepard tone - SynthEdit's saw oscillator SUCKS.

Sounds pretty cool. I'd heard that effect before, but I never knew what it was called (or that it even had a name) until now.

It's called the Shepard Tone... or Shepard Scale. It's a cool gimmick to fill gaps in weird tracks! Some modulations of the synth:

I made an ultra low-poly zombie for a game I'd like to make.

Terrifying, I'm sure.

Reminds me of Teknozombie (that old, unfinished 3D zombie game Cactus made).

Teknozombie was awesome. The random zombie generation was crazy.

One of these, standing still, is kind of quirky and non-threatening, but I have a vision of a whole ocean of them pouring off a cliff shrieking at me, with chunky, pixelated blood and drool trailing from what I assume will be their ceaselessly chomping mouths, and it is actually pretty damn terrifying...  Shocked

It will only be creepy if you put it in a weird, flickering world, something like the Mondo games. Or something.

I don't think it's ever really gonna be threatening with those rosy cheeks.

Still cool, though.  Low-poly to the max.

Just finished making my portfolio site. My inept coding may cause the positioning to be a little wonky depending on your screen resolution, and macs may run it completely wrong... I need to standardize it eventually so it looks the same for everyone.

Anyways, here it is: http://www.threesidedpolygon.com
