The top three there have got both the characters and stages finished, so they are top priority, the other two have just the character.

After hearing critique from the first time, I went back to the drawing boards and tried making more alternate themes. After seeing the progress in this thread it's pretty obvious that original music should be far and few inbetween, and the songs themselves weren't really action-y enough to be in a fighting game nor mellow enough to be a menu theme. Being a sub menu screen, I would imagine the music to be more chilled and reserved percussively, even if its quite rhythmically active! These are good, however for an options screen, I am not sure they are a perfect fit, nice tracks though, I really like the first one! |

Victory themes are a luxury... however, since music is farther advanced than any other portion of the game, I think they would be a fun addition. It makes more sense to me for them to be based on characters than stages, simply because it's the character's victory.
Also, there might need to be a generic victory song for team games.
PS: I had no idea that JMickle and Dailyman were such talented composers.

Although music may be advanced, the graphics are not, and since victory themes sound awkward without victory poses, we shouldn't make them yet...unless of course you make simple victory poses out of attack sprites, but that probably wouldn't happen...

Victory pose could be portrait or high sized illustration (think street fighter 2). It's easier than spriting to do (no nitpick pixel placement) ...
There is many way to solve that problem.
