Fluxx + Risk
Starts out as a simplified game of Risk, without victory cards, where the attacker and defender only ever get 1 die during battles, no continent bonuses, etc...
At the end of each turn, a player can put forward a 'motion' for a rule. If there is a positive majority vote (1 vote per country owned), the rule gets added to the game.

Mark of the Ninja + Animal Crossing
Travel from village to village at night, silently eliminating the inhabitants and looting their furniture for your employer to sell on the black market. If you're caught, you lose that night's haul, and are not paid. A portion of your pay is deducted each night, as you're in debt to your employer, and are working to pay him/her off. Your pay can be used to purchase new equipment. You get to take your pick of a number of items from the merchandise depending on how impressive (valuable) your haul is, which you can use to decorate your house and make it look fabulous.

Quake + Mirror's Edge
Intense, fast-paced first person combat with the added elements of free-running mechanics for cover and movement.
Levels could get pretty intense, and matches would be smaller teams of course.

Mirror's Edge + Zelda
You are constantly being chased and have to solve puzzles while doing so- the real puzzle is how to know what's going on since you're moving so fast. Also, Pegasus boots.

Zelda+Fez
You're living in a 2d projection of a 3d world, and one day you get magic boots that give you the ability to rotate it around the vertical axis. However, since you're living on a vertical projection anyway, rotating the world doesn't actually achieve anything.

YES! Portal+Zelda Because solving puzzles using tons of different tools wasn't complex enough. Arrows through portals. Portals that switch between the dark and light world Bombs through portals Etc.

Yeah, I know, but I mean in the perspective of the original zelda and with the normal portal gun, not one with set places to put them.
