Cool. Now make it a dynamic website that updates automagically, organizing screenshots which link to the devlogs :3

Thanks everyone, I'm glad you guys enjoy it! I'll make it a weekly feature, now that I know people are interested! I do hope it becomes a feature on the TIGSource frontpage, but I don't know who to talk to for that. I can design a different layout if needed. I really believe these devlogs deserve more attention, so I'm willing to spend some time on this! As for the dynamic app or web page or whatever, I don't have the skills required to do so, but if someone does and is willing to spend the time on that, let me know! I'll fix the typo in Tolroko, sorry about that. (Thank you inanimate for the sticky! )

A sight for sore eyes. The games look delicious and the added graphics are tasteful enough to enhance the collage without taking the spotlight.

Just now saw this and have to say that it is fantastic work! That one image holds a whole lot of content at a glance...A picture is worth a thousand words right? I was fooling around with my blog a little while ago, and seem to recall they have an option to format your page in a similar way with images for each post, so it'd be a similar thing to the dynamic link idea, but then getting the whole blog to show up in a post might not work. Clearly, I don't have the skills for that sort of thing either, it merely triggered the thought. Anyhow, it will be really nice to see how this develops!

Issue #2 is out! I plan on making one every Sunday. I have some trouble selecting the games (and it's only been 3 days!), as I want every single game to be in there, so I ended up just putting them in at random a bit. If something's left out, I'm sorry, I ran out of space! If I had time, I'd make one every 3 days, but I'll have to do it once a week, so some good stuff's gonna be left out for sure. If I ever skip one of your updates, I'm sorry, keep working on it and I'll probably put it in another issue! Man, making these visual maps makes you realize how much awesomeness is being developed right now! Also, is there a way to make this thread show the latest issue every time someone clicks on it? Should I just update the first post every time? But what do I do with the old ones then?

Yo, that's my game in the corner! Awesome! Thanks a lot! Man, that pink / blue color offset is cool, as well. I feel like I've seen it somewhere before... Anyway, the games on these pages look cool! Also, is there a way to make this thread show the latest issue every time someone clicks on it? Should I just update the first post every time? But what do I do with the old ones then?
Use spoilers?
Oh, TIGForums doesn't have spoilers. Well, you could make the thread show the latest one and then link to the other pics directly, I guess. Or you could make a post on your blog (you have one, right?) and link to that by clicking on the picture. That would allow you to go into a 'detail' view that shows the links to each game specifically?

Wonderful idea, and thanks for featuring our game in issue #1 As for the dynamic page... I think that I could try to put something together with some jQuery, if you're interested, I will do some research and let you know.

@Dom2D
You could post the latest map and update the original post. Maybe just the graphic as a link to the new post? That is what I'm doing with my art improvement thread.

Thanks guys. I've updated the first post with these little icons: Each icon leads to that issue's post in the thread. It'll be easy to add a new icon every time an issue comes out. I'm also thinking I could make special issues with compos, like Ludum Dare or the Toronto Game Jam! I really hope this gets on the blog somehow, it'd be a great motivation to keep making them since all I want is more exposure for you guys' games. I'd probably have to modify the layout a bit for that, but I don't mind. If you guys know who I should talk to about this, let me know! Thanks!

I second the suggestion that this could easily become it's own website

I second the suggestion that this could easily become it's own website I think it'd be great, but I wouldn't spend too much time and effort on this unless we're sure to get more exposure. If this gets 100 views per issue, it's not worth putting 4 hours every week into it, but if we can get this on a good indie games site or some larger gaming site ( Venus Patrol, Destructoid?) and get a larger audience, then it'd be totally worth it. Let me know if you've got ideas on how to get more people to see these and see your games more!

I'm 100% sure that Brandon (Boyer) would be super interested to feature that on Venus Patrol. It'd fit right in!

I just wrote Brandon an e-mail, we'll see how that goes. It'd be real nice for TIGSers to get a big-shot exposure like that. Let's all pray to the Spaghetti Monster together.
