You do know obesity can be genetic and that some people can work out constantly and eat all the right food without seeing a change, whereas others can do the opposite and stay skinny due to genetics? Valve literally has .

Valve literally has . Well, how else are you going to convince people to work on a game for 15 years?

Taking a close examination at this thing called "posture" once again. It never seems to stop being relevant. You even look thinner, smarter, and probably wealthier than you really are when you sit straight.

Then I must look obese, incredibly stupid and poor as a Twilight movie when working.

For me it's actually something like, I sit straight for a while. Then I gradually slide down. At some point I reset. The process repeats throughout the day.

i'd love to have money to buy a standing table. Been sitting too much since i started working on my game. Definitly feeling like i'm reducing my life expectancy ....

I sit at about 100 degrees. I usually sit at our dining table with my laptop, so I have a nice strait back chair to lean on.

I was whipping up some super sloppy test graphics for use with Spine (2D skeleton animation) and to be inserted into my RPG when I inadvertently created the most epic hero ever: I name him Marky Mage, and with his mystic spanx he will power walk the fuck out of some evil.

Same here. Rince and repeat. same protip: stand up in regular intervals, create a daily workout routine and leave your home for at least 2 hours a day. from what ive heard the benefits of standing desks are overhyped and if you have a condition (like me, i have a flat foot) that makes standing for a long time uncomfortable they can be downright painful. the next step is to figure out how to work from home without becoming a depressed shut-in weirdo (SPOILER WARNING: its impossible)

And well. Sometimes I curl up my feet under my body instead, sitting straight with my back but not my legs. My knees eventually hurt.
