CRAZY NINTENDO SPECULATION TIME
Did you remember that netflix's "game of throne for family" zelda rumor? Maybe the world of twilight HD is tied to that? Won't be surprise if nintendo expend that world which is one of the most details zelda with oot in term of lore tension and interactions ... I wonder how they will deal with the zelda/gannon racist imagery lol

edit: possibly episodic format focus on story, and throw back idea to stellavision's zelda (also known as BS zelda).

Zelda will step in to stop Link from firing the silver arrow and chastise him for his callous disregard for Ganon's lack of privilege. While the credits and ending theme play, the player is treated to a montage of Link attending sensitivity classes held by Navi (Hey, listen!). He breaks down when he realizes that he spent the entirety of Majora's Mask misappropriating cultures through the use of masks (Darunia's culture is not a costume) and vows to do better. In the new, more equal Hyrule, Ganon will finally be able to complete his transition from a Gerudo male to a 2,000 lb spear wielding boar.

How is Zelda Gannon racist

paint an entire black race as thug, steal men from the aryan kingdom to reproduce, make the lonely male a king (because sexism), who happen to have darker skin and obviously evil, jealous of the aryan kingdom because they live in a desert with vaguely Islamic influenced culture and have jews noise and red hair (because evil right), let's not talk about the romani influence they toss. Oot was very insistent that ganon intention was as dark as his skins.

Obviously it backfired because the reason in twilight he is less brown and more of a otherworldly black is to distance from this imagery, also why they remove the gerudo symbol that was too close to islam (and islam chant to make the fire dungeon more evil).

The game was based on a collection of accidental racist imagery due to "research" for inspiration. They didn't know, but this naivety (also seen in how re5 turned because of "research" too) does highlight the latent racism embedded into documents.

But I wasn't that serious, the "nazi link" jokes is a running gag since oot was out, since the imagery is kinda potent. Game still good despite this. And I made this firmly tongue and cheek. They didn't repeat it and promptly bury dark ganon as deep as they could get for a collection of new villain.

But it can be an issue if they want to expend the universe to tv and broader audience.

you should probably calibrate your monitor. it's true that it's a warm gray with a kind of green hue. but it's definitely gray

Zelda is supposed to be super cliche classic fantasy. Of course you're going to have an overtly white cast because that was also the case in the stories that it's based on.
The fire temple and gerudo thugs are also not evil. None of the games ever describe them in such a way. They're simply temporary obstacles. The actual evil parts are usually unrelated (in the fire temple for example, ganondorf causes the dragon to wake up but the temple's purpose or islamic imagery is never said to be evil).
