honestly don't see a problem with install time tho. waiting once for 10 minutes before you can play a gam isn't the end of the wrlod.
Waiting literally for hours on the PS3 for a game to install is pretty frustrating. I learned the hard way that if you have a download going on the PS3 and you start to install something it will cause the installation process to take 10 times longer. It took about 7 hours for me to install Mass Effect 3, it wasn't until I later went online and researched the problem that I realized the cause.

In my case it's the uninstall swap that happen to bug, I mean that you are pretty much locked into a few games and good luck if you really want that other game, Especially when you are on steam, on an inconsistent internet, it add new layer of waiting (days), if you want to play a game you can't just impulse play, you have to plan weeks ahead. BTW I don't play big game anymore, my computer don't support them.

i guess i meant like, installing from a disc you bought.
anyway i'll tell you a secret: i kinda don't mind long loading times. im not the sort of person who plays games uninterrupted for hours on end and loading times are a welcome opportunity to take a little break and space out a bit.

So I got the most bizarre injury today. I make several trips a week over to my grandmother's to take out her garbage and do yard work and help her with any labor that is needed (my grandmother and great grandmother have very limited mobility and ability to lift things). As I was clearing out a pile of dead branches a wasp stung me in the finger, somehow directly underneath my fingernail (literally right between the nail and the skin that holds it). I've been stung before but this shit is on a whole new level, most of the swelling is going on under the nail forcing it upward. The sting happened earlier today, and fortunately some of the swelling is starting to go down. It's just funny to me that it managed to sting me right under the nail like that (to the extent that I wound up accidentally ripping the damn bug in half as I pulled my hand back because the stinger became pinched between my nail and skin).

Well, the wasp killed itself like a bee in the process, so there's that. Also, ouch. Also also, reminds me of a comic where a guy dreams at night of putting a toothpick under his toenail and kicking a wall.

I think I'm getting pretty good at the art of living healthy, 8 months in practice, still incomplete. I went through Khanacademy's geometry and algebra II classes in about 2 months by doing lessons 10 - 30 minutes at a time, multiple times per day. "Look mom, my homework is done." http://i.imgur.com/oJlreurb.pngThere's a leap in throughput right around May. Now I'm interested in drawing and maybe I'll get back to programming when I'm done there. I've found a limitation to posture, sitting still is quite discomforting. I'm starting to work on breathing, sounds easy enough right? This is bad mojo <cynical><evil> Avoid yawning during lessons and sit perfectly still. </evil></cynical>

Approximately 10 years ago I predict that the korean, gaming scene and india would become big based on cultural push I had noticed ... I was wrong about india, they didn't have the infrastructure, even though the education on computer was there.
